We envisage appreciation program module with almost every contract for our
esteemed customers to deliver the engineering,manufacturing & maintenance aspects
of the product.
We have full fledged HRD centre wherein, periodic short duration lecture series by our
in-house experts is
conducted for benefit of cross section of engineers drawn from various
disciplines of utilities who are using
and maintaining our equipments.
We conduct periodic CUSTOMER MEETS on zonal basis for appreciation of the vital aspects of
operation &
maintenance aspects, latest trends in design and testing as well as for across the floor
discussions on issues
of importance from all the customers /utilities present.
We also entertain special request from customers / utilities for conducting modular
training programme for their
technicians to help them understand better about the operation & maintenance aspects
of our equipments as
well as DOs and DONOTs associated with its site operation.
We welcome and organize special high level visits of officials from utilities for visits
to shop floor, CAD/CAM
centers, UHV testing lab etc. with a view to generate mutual trust & confidence on
various aspects of design,
manufacturing, testing etc. and also for exchange of business views.
