New vendors interested for applying for registration with BHEL Bhopal shall send their application form after down loading from given link and filling the form completely and enclosing all required documents including
1. Electronic Fund Transfer details of bank, and
2. Micro Small Medium Enterprise Certificate (if applicable), issued by District Industries Centre as per MSMED act 2006.For Foreign Supplier, form is available also on following link. However supplier to enclose Dun & Bradstreet’s (D&B) Business Information Report (BIR) along with application.

- Please, Do not spiral bound the pages, send them in 2 hole clips flat files.
- Give annexure numbers to all enclosures and keep these after 17 pages application form. Send application along with covering letter typed on your company’s letter head.
- Send your application with a covering letter on your company’s letter head, explaining where your product will be use full in BHEL Bhopal.

After receiving application at BHEL Bhopal, SEC dept. will allot you a Control No. and Password which will be communicated to you on E-mail id given by you in the Page no.2 of the 17 page registration form filled by you.
