Reconditioning and CNC Retrofiting of Multispindle
Drilling machine to increase Productivity.
BHEL, Bhopal is making continous
efforts towards the goal of achieving high quality products with
minimum delivery cycle time. Works Engineering and Services
Department has been aiding by way of cost effective modernisation
of existing facilities.
Recently, Multispindle drilling
machine of HCM division at BHEL, Bhopal has been upgraded with
state of the art CNC controller using ASI Bus Concept, High rating
AC Spindle & Servo motors and Drives. It is completely
reconditioned and upgraded for use of High Speed Delta Drills with
Coolant facilities.
This innovation has resulted in
increased capacity & capability of the machine and reduced cycle
time for manufacture of Heaters & Condensers. . |
